I rent out 2 rooms that are small. The tenants have full use of the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, washing. The flat is in Hornstull very close to subway and buses. Close to the center and to the major south local trainstation with trains to Arlanda, Uppsala, Södertälje, Nynäshamn, Märsta and Gnesta(not subway). Also very close to subway Hornstull. University and KTH on the same subwayline, about 15-20 minutes ride. The flat is newly renovated and has a new stove, bathtub, toilets. There is one small toilet adjoining the rooms and one bathroom. One of my current tenants is moving at the end of september.
