The room is located on the second level of the apartment. Currently a family of three with a 3 years old child lives in the apartment on the first level. The kitchen has all amenities oven, plates, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, storage drawers, etc. Washer/dryer available in an adjacent building, 1 minute walking distance from the apartment. The living room has big flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. WiFi, cable TV and Netflix are available. The apartment has excellent location and is 2 minutes walking distance from a bus stop and 5 minutes walking distance to Rinkeby Torget with a T-bana stop, various stores (Lidl, Matvarden, etc.), restaurants, fitness (24-7), cafes, pharmacy, etc. We are looking for a female student. No pets allowed. Smoking inside the apartment and parties are also not allowed. Rent is 5000 SEK per month and includes internet, electricity, cable TV and heating bills.
