We are living abroad, and that is why we are currently looking for someone who is interested in living in wonderful Täby Kyrkby, only 20 kilometers north of Stockholm. The house is a semi-detached house only four years old. Täby Kyrkby is perfect för families with children, or for anyone with a preference for nature. In the area you will find a forrest, ideal for running and cycling. You have lakes for swimming and within 3 kilometers you have 3 golf courses. During winter time you can enjoy cross country skiing only 400 meters from our house, and outdoor ice skating is also popular. In the area there are numerous schools and daycare centers, both public and private institutions are available. From Täby Kyrkby you can easily reach Kista or Stockholm City. 20 minutes to Kista and 30 minutes commuting to Stockholm. The house consists of three floors of each 50m2. You will have 5 rooms, whereof 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. The house has two smaller gardens, one of them with a wooden terrace, ideal for barbeques during sunny summer months. You will even have access to a storage shed in the garden. 100 Mbit broadband and wifi is included. Approximately 2 kilometers away you have basic grocery shops, and for your bigger shopping trips Arninge C or Täby C are the places to go to, both are within easy reach.
