Our wonderful home is available for rent from July/August 2018 for at least one year. We are flexible on the move-in date. Located on the top floor of a 1960s built building close to Blecktornsparken, and just 5 blocks south of Nytorget, this apartment is very very quiet for being so centrally located. A balcony with table and chairs is off the large kitchen/living room, which is equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, seating for up to 8 people, and all the kitchen gadgets you could desire. The large bathroom has bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, washer and tumble dryer, in addition to plenty of storage space. A small middle room has a piano. The spacious front hall has two closets. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is shared by our 2 children at the moment, and contains sofa, TV, bunk bed, a single bed, a desk with seating for 2, in addition to plenty of toys. We are more than happy to remove any of the furniture you wont require. There is a parking space available in the heated garage connected to our building for an additional monthly fee. The inner yard is very spacious, with a sand box, swings, grill and lots of open space. We have a small ICA grocery store just a few steps from our door, and there are numerous other shopping alternatives just a few blocks away. Skanstull is the closest subway station (a 4-minute walk), and the number 3 bus stops very close to our door. The monthly fee includes all bills: water, electric, broadband.
