Hello There are two rooms in Vällingby available for rent from now on. The first one is 13 square meters, located at the 1st floor in a house, and it is for 4500 kr per month. Second one is 35 square meters in total for 4200 kr per month, but it is located in the basement. So it has only 2 tiny windows. Future tenants have access to spacious kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is also parking place available. We are looking for kind and friendly people who always clean after themselves, are tidy, can behave silently in the evening and are familiar with living in shared places. It is required that you have stable and steady income or are a student. It would be nice if we could take a look at your employment contract. No animals allowed, preferably non smokers.We take one month in deposit which is returned after contract goes out and everything is fine.
