Hello, A single mother of 2 young kids from Africa wants to rent out one room in my apartment to a female, Apartment is located in bredäng Stockholm. The room is big but has one single bed and a wardrobe. You can furnish it as you like. Monthly cost is only 4500kr. Electricity and internet included. Apartment is only 2 minutes to Train and bus station. Note: It is important to me that you dont smoke or have pets and you are able to live in a family home kids around.
