About the room: Very nice 14 sqm unfurnished room with huge built-in-closet and big windows to the west (great advantage is you do not need to bring a closet anymore, which leaves more space for other things). Additional furniture can be bought from the current roommate: bed, desk, two chairs. Available from 15.01.2017, minimum tenancy period until at least mid August, preferably for one whole year if everything goes well between us.
