The apartment can be described initially with the term compact living. The reason for this is because it is one room, kitchenette, bathroom, small entrance hall and a balcony. In order to make greater use of the limited living space a loft bed was installed early on in 2011. Also included is an integrated wardrobe on the opposite side of the room from where the loft bed is installed. Additionally, a heavy security door has recently been installed which is another favorable feature that has improved the living standard. Another advantage with the apartment is that it is located only 40 seconds-1 minute from a metro station. Additionally, it is a quiet neighborhood with several patches of green since the surrounding area is more or less a park. On a final notice, there is access to a laundry room and a roof veranda which is shared by the housing cooperative.
