1 room to be rented

I write on behalf of my son Gio. Hello everyone Right now I have 1 room to be rented on the 5th floor, located in Fagersjö (by the lake Magelungen) in Farsta. It takes 30 minutes to get to T-Centralens underground station (1 bus and then the metro), 7 minutes to Högdalen and 12 minutes to Farsta Centrum (both green lines) and the bus stop is literally in front of the apartments door, just a few steps away. The rent is 5500kr a month, it includes all apartment bills such as water, electricity, heat, laundry room and internet (very fast internet, if you need it for studies and work as we do). We are 2 siblings and we are looking for someone who is mostly chilled at home and uses it just to relax and study as well as we do. The apartment is very spaceful, always clean and cozy as we like to keep it neat and tidy and fresh looking. It is very quiet since were always at the computer and in the room zoned out.
