The apartment is located at Skeppagartan 27, 2 minutes walking from Strandvagan and around 7 from Kungstadgården, it cannot be more central. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a large hall way, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with a 42 TV, a huge couch, a dining table, all nesccesary kitchen equipment, closets, 2 single beds and 1 double. Water, cable tv, electricity and heat are included.
