Room close to university (phd student only)

Hi. I have a 4-room apartment in Lappis (5-10 min walk to Stockholm University Campus super close to nature) and would like to rent out one room. The room is rather big and fitted into a 75 qm large apartment. A living room, kitchen and bathroom belong to the apartment and will be shared with me. The room is not furnished (but I could provide you with a mattress etc. if needed). Personally, I prefer someone very quiet, tidy and responsible. Since I am working full-time as a PhD student it is important for me to have a silent and cozy home where one can relax, and feel comfortable. On the other hand, it is also important to not have an anonymous living together i.e. some social interaction would be good. The room will be rented out to a PhD student ONLY Its for a long-term, available from now on and will cost 4000-4500 SEK/month.
