I want to rent a room in a shared apartment for 3 months to an interesting person. I personally am studying a Masters degree in KI. The room is 28m2, and the communal areas are quite spacious. It is located 100 meters away from the 40 and 66 Busses, and its a 7-8 minute walk to Hornstull T-Bana. The area is very nice, and has a great scenery. The rent is 6000 kr With an Equal Amount in deposit required. All the bills are included (Wifi, electricity,water). The apartment is fully furnished, there is a bike shed, two washing rooms equipped with dryers downstairs as well as an additional drying room if needed.
