Id like to rent out a furnished room (15 sqm) for a student from 1st of January 2018. We would share bathroom/WC and kitchen. Room for bicycles and free laundry are available. You may also use the balcony at summer time. Monthly rent is 3850 SEK, Deposit fee: 3850 SEK. The rent includes furniture, electricity, subscription for broadband, kitchen equipment, etc. The food mart is close, as well as Solna station with trains (Älvsjö-Stockholm C-Arlanda-Uppsala and Södertälje-Stockholm C-Märsta), tvärbanan and city buses, which take you for example to KTH within 21-23 minutes. Night buses from Centralen/Odenplan go every 30 min. Buses to Arlanda airport every 10-15 min. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Karolinska Institutet. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Mall of Scandinavia and 15 minutes to the subway (blue line) in Solna Centrum. The surroundings are green and beautiful. Its only 15 minutes by foot to Hagaparken - the biggest English Garden in Sweden.
