Want your own private balcony on the top floor with stunning views Two awesome international friends (one Italian guy, 32, and one American girl, 25) are searching for new roomies - and it could be you There are currently two rooms available in the apartment in Solna Centrum, 5mins walk to the pendeltåg and tvärbana stations, and 9 minutes walk to Solna Centrum Tbana. Mall of Scandinavia and Solna Business Park are less than 10 minutes away. There is a Coop nära right in front of the building and a Hemköp and ICA Kvantum in Solna Centrum. One of the rooms is smaller but has a massive private balcony. It currently has a single bed. The other room is larger and has a double bed, but no balcony. All rooms of course have access to the even more massive shared wrap-around balcony with views of the sunrise We also have a large shared living room with a big sofa and tv. We have two bathrooms, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, and wifi and cleaning services once a month are included in the rent. So who are we Valentino is Italian and an awesome cook. He works as a data scientist. Solveig is American and an editor. We both work full time and travel quite a bit so sometimes youll have the whole place to yourself - but when were home we have a lot of fun Who are YOU Someone cool who wants to share a place with awesome roomies and have a great, social home. 25-35 ish years old. No couples, families, children, pets - sorry Students are welcome but not the party-every-single-night kind.only the party-on-rare-but-fantastic occasions kind :) The rooms are available immediately - ideally you can move in already in December, but we might be able to work out January.
