I am renting out the 2 room apartment at Ulriksdal (Tunvägen) in Solna, 5 min to Ulriksdal pendentåg station, the apartment will be full or partly furniture and it is ready to moving in right away, so it suits you who need an apartment ASAP. It is located in the 5th floor with a balcony to the west. The rental period will be from now on till at least summer 2018, possible for an extension. Prefer rent out to single or couple without kids or animals, of course no smokers. The rent will be 13000kr/m 1 month deposit, rent including (heating, electricity and water). You need to sign up for the internet & TV contract by yourself. Note: The landlord will have her address registered there, so you will need to c/o her letters, she might need to collect them monthly.
