The apartment is located in Solna, has 3 rooms and is 74 sqm. Its on the 5th floor, has a spacy living room and a glassed balcony. The room is 9 sqm and is furnished with only a dresser, so youll have to get your own bed. 10 minute walk to grocery store and commute train, 15 min walk to Mall of Scandiavia and 10 minutes to T-centralen with commuter train. Laundry room is located in building closeby. We share the living room, kitchen and restroom. We are a couple of age 26 and 27 and has a 4 year old son every other week who can be noisy at times and has a tendency to make a mess in the apartment, so it is convenient if you dont dislike children mostly for your own sake The room will be hired to an orderly person who is pet-free and preferably smoke-free. He/she likes to keep things clean, doesnt play loud music and dont have a problem with doing the dishes after they are used. The room is for one person only Partying is allowed but not that often and is something we will have to discuss beforehand. The rent is 5000kr and is paid one month in advance on the 26th. Water, home insurance, electricity, internet and cable-tv is included in the rent. A deposit of 5000kr is also paid upon moving in and is paid back when moving out, if everything is in order. Move in date is on the 14th of April. The apartment is rented on a demolishion contract that is due in around May 2019, so that is the longest possible time the room is available.
