Im looking for good tenants for my apartment in Solna when Im moving abroad. Walking distances to public transport, 1min to busses, 3min to subway, 10min to trains and commuter. I will be gone for at least one year but hopefully longer :) So the contract will be 12month to start with and can start at earliest 1st of February, depends on you.
