You find this 63 square meter flat around 60 metres from the Solna Centrum Subway. It is in great condition with a brand new kitchen. From the living room you will be able to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun from the french balcony. It is on the 3rd floor, with an elevator. We have used the 0.5 room for a loftbed and if you wish we can keep that in the apartment (or put it away, up to you). I am looking for tenants who see and treat the flat as if it was theirs, as it is very dear to me.
