We want to rent out our apartment for long term (one year or more), and big chance to extend the contract. Location: The apartment is located in a good place very close to Hagaparken, 10 minutes walking distance to Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Areana, 3 stops to Stockholm Central Station by pendeltåg. The apartment is good furnished and below things is included: Elevator, Laundry, Basement storage, Bicycle room, Garbage room, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Cable TV (Comhem), etc... Looking for somebody that is non-smoking, not interested in partying and better to have stable income.
