Hello everyone I am going to rent out 1 room in my 3 rooms apartment for a single person. The rent is for long term or short term. The interested person must be clean, nice, friendly, nonsmoker (inside of the residence) and pet free. The room is furnished. Area of the room is 12 sq.m and the total size of the apartment is 58 sq.m. The future tenant will have to share the common area with me and my wife. Me and my wife, we both work full time. we do not have any children and pet. We like to keep the apartment clean, tidy and quiet.
