I am going to rent out my 19 Sqm furnished room ( with separate bathroom but shared kitchen) in Kungshamra (2 stations from Tekniska Hogskolan metro station and one station from Stockholm University metro station) from now to 10th of January.The rental payment for the whole period (40 days) is 4000 SEK and also 4000 SEK for the deposit. I will return the deposit when you are moving out.
