Hi, This is a big spare bedroom in my apartment that I would like to rent out for longterm (at least available for half year, could be longer). from 13th, March, to one tenant (preferably male). The address is: Armégatan 10, 17171. The apartment is 5 min walk from Vestra Skogen metro station with both blue lines to the city center (takes around 7 - 8 mins), so it is very easy to commute. The room is furnished (one bed, one desk, one wardrobe, one sofa). I am the owner of the apartment and I have been working as a software engineer and part-time photographer for a few years in Stockholm. I am a quiet person and usually keep my apartment clean. I do training, and photography during my leisure time, I am a constant traveller too, also interested in all geek stuff. I do not smoke and there is no pet in the apartment.
