Ett rum i en 4a uthyrs från 15 november. Uthyrningen sker på 6-månadersbasis med en månads ömsesidig uppsägningstid. Rummet är ca 12 kv m och är möblerat med en bekväm säng 140x200 cm, bord/skrivbord med stol, en rymlig garderob och bokhylla. Rummet är väldigt lugnt med fönster mot park. Du som hyresgäst har tillgång till vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök och badrum, och även tillgång till gemensam tvättstuga i huset. I hyran ingår el, wi-fi, vatten, snabbt internet och vissa förbrukningsartiklar. Huset är beläget på gångavstånd (600 m) till Solna centrum med över 100 butiker och T-banestation (10 minuters resa till T-centralen). Inom 200-300 m från huset finns hållplatser för bussar mot Danderyd, Solna station, Karolinska institutet, m.m. Mittemot huset finns LIDL, det är 500 m till ICA Maxi och ca 1,2 km till en liten badplats. Hyran betalas i förskott. En deposition motsvarande 1 månadshyra tas ut i samband med inflyttning och återfås vid utflyttning om allt i lägenheten är i ordinarie skick. Min man och jag söker en trevlig och skötsam hyresgäst med stabil ekonomi, rök- och djurfri, ej pälsallergiker då vi har en liten hund. Du är helst veckopendlare eller studerande. A room in a 4-room apartment is rented from 15 November. The renting is done on a 6 months basis with one month mutual notice to end the tenancy. The room is about 12 sq m and is furnished with a comfortable bed 140x200 cm, a table/desk with a chair, a spacious wardrobe and bookcase. The room is very quiet with a window overlooking a park. You as a tenant have access to the living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and to the laundry in the house. The rent includes electricity, wi-fi, water, fast internet and some consumables. The house is located within walking distance of Solna center (600 m) with over 100 shops. The subway station is also located there and it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city center (T-centralen). Within 200-300 m there are bus stops for buses to Danderyd, Solna station, Karolinska institutet, etc. Its 150 m to LIDL, 500 m to ICA Maxi and about 1.2 km to a local beach. You pay your rent in advance. The first payment will also include a deposit corresponding to 1 month rent. The deposit is returned on your departure provided the room and the rest of the apartment are in order. My husband and I are looking for a nice and caring tenant, non-smoker, with no fur allergy (as we have a little dog) with stable economy, preferably a commuter on weekly basis or a student.
