We are a Spanish couple that own a wonderful apartment (4:a) in the very centre of Madrid (Spain). The apartment is very sunny, has wonderful sunset views (15th floor) and it is totally renovated with high standards: big hall, kitchen, living-room with dinig area, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, balcony. Total surface: 90 m2 aprox. It is located in the centre of Madrid (Metro: Embajadores-Acacias), with fantastic access to all public transports (Metro-Renfe-buses). You have all shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cultural activities and leisure places just around the corner (ex.10 walking-minutes to places such el Museo del Prado or El Rastro). Regarding the standards: the whole apartment has wood flooring white new walls. Bathrooms are totally renovated with high standard quality materials, the kitchen is totally equiped. The apartment is fully furnished and it has air- conditioned in the living/dining room. About us: We have been living in Stockholm for several years and our intention now is to continue living in Sweden. We both have tillsvidare kontrakt, good and stable economy and have references from former hyresgäster. Our daughter will turn 18 months soon and for that reason the 2:a where we live in right now will become too small. We are interested in exchanging temporary our apartment in Madrid for your apartment (3:a or 4:a) with similar standards in central or Solna. We would be interested in at least one year-contract, but of course contact us if there is interest, so we can discuss other possibilities.
