The apartment is 350 m (5 min walk) away from Sollentuna station, where the commuter trains (pendeltåg) go frequently to Stockholm central station (15 mins), Arlanda airport (21 mins) and Uppsala (39 mins). There are also many bus lines going to various places such as Kista centrum. All thinkable services such as shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, gyms, hospital and schools are very close to the apartment within walking distance. The well-planned apartment has a big balcony, which is recently renovated, facing the west and the beautiful inner garden. The kitchen is rather big and has room for a dining table for 6 people. The main bed room is next to the kitchen. Another cozy room is divided from the living room as a guest room or work space, and it may be removed for long term renting. The painting and wallpapers can also be changed. Furniture is included. I would like to rent out the furnished apartment as soon as possible for a long-term contract, at least one year.
