You clean and pick up after you in the (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and your room). Agreement: prints and signed by both the tenant (lodger) and Landlord (property owner) after viewing apartment and agreement has been accepted by both. Position: The apartment positioned close to Häggvik Station, Sollentuna, and 2 min walk from west side. It takes maximum 17 min to T-central, by commuter. There are buss from T-central other hours. 25 minutes to Stockholm International Airport. View: On the back, you have a view to the inner garden. Front there is bicycle place for parking. This means it is easy to get around even by bike to T-central approximately 40 minutes. Else, close to train station 1 minutes from home, business, and highway for car. Also availability for free car parking nearby 12 hours. Activities: walk to nearby Norrviken Lake or The Royal of Castle Sollentuna with Edsviken Lake and the other nearby most popular is the Royal of Castle Ulriksdal in the west side. Böggården is one of the oldest popular nature reserve with many walking trail through in the forest or nearby lakes, relax areas and experiences of beautiful scenery and wildlife.
