Family-friendly house in Sollentuna, close to Stockholm city centre 4 bedroom house townhouse with easy commute to Stockholm city and Arlanda airport Detailed description: We let our newly refurbished unfurnished 3-storey brick townhouse. The house has 4 bedrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and living room. On the entrance floor you find the kitchen, a dining area, a guest toilet and a living room with large sofa area. Upstairs are four bedrooms one fitting a double bed and one with a balcony facing the green backyard, one bathroom with bath tub and a study corner. The basements main room is used as combined guest room and TV room. In the basement you find the laundry room with a shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as the garage, used only as a second entry and storage area. At the front of the house there is a patio to fit garden furniture and a BBQ. At the back you find a parking lot just outside the garage next to the kitchen garden. Housing area: In our green and quiet terraced area live families with preschool and school children, and pensioners. Within the residential area you find a little common playground and a small soccer field area. About 300 meters from the house you find the big Edsberg Park with Edsbergs Castle beautifully situated next to Edsviken water front. A renowned restaurant Edsbacka Bistro is located about 200 meters from the house. Sollentunas indoor swimming pool with a gym is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Out door swimming for the whole family is at its best at the lake and camping site Rösjöbadet, about 15 minutes drive. Within 5 minutes drive is Sollentuna Centrum, one of Stockholms largest shopping centers, and Stinsen Shopping Center, which also has two major super markets ICA Maxi and Coop Forum. Sollentuna - only 20 minutes by car to Stockholm. Sollentuna is an attractive suburb of about 12 kilometres north of Stockholm, situated close to Kista, Danderyd, Väsby and Solna.
