A very nice apartment next to nature in Fornhöjdens Centrum 2 minutes by buss from Ostertalje station & 35 minutes from Stockholm central will be rented out from January. It has separate entrance corridor and room is 30 sqm & is on top floor (5th). Internet, electricity, laundry, water & heater everything is included with the rent. A person having a fixed income, responsible, calm, pet-free, child free & to be tidy is preferable. Vård central, grocery market & pizzeria is 1 minute walking distance from apartment. You will have a small store room to keep your luggage in the apartment or as well an empty reserve space on basement, a private mini washing machine in the apartment in case of emergency. Sodertalje Centrum is 15 minutes by bus. Rent is 4300 for each month. 1 month deposit is expected which will be returned upon keys.
