The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a balcony with a nice view over park. Parking and storage is also available. Other facilities of the building that can be booked for free are two laundry rooms, sauna, and a room to receive the guests. Internet is included in the rent and comhem cable tv is provided by landlord with some tv channels. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished that needs to be discussed. I am going to rent out this apartment for a limited period of time as second hand and it should be confirmed by main landlord.
