With separate door to modern kitchen and spacious living room. The bedroom is alcove-type. The area is nice and calm. Suitable for single and couple. Access to laundry and 2 storage units in the building will be provided for free. Access to city around 34minutes by pendeltåg. Rosersberg station is 5 minutes away by walking. I have been living there for the past year and its a perfect place to live. ATTENTION: please describe yourself if interested and tell me your occupation (only PhD and Researcher), and attach the proof of occupation.
