Dear Sirs, My wife and I live in a large, nice villa of 400 sqm in Old Rönninge. We can rent the separated ground floor, furnished, with its own entrance and code lock. Rental period, from 1 September 2017. We are open to discuss the length of time you wish to rent. Only 31 min by commuter train from Rönninge station to Stockholm City. Walking distance from Rönninge station to the villa, 5-10 min. Old Rönninge is a night-time idyll. Quiet, with nice walking areas with lakes all around. In addition, there is a nice nature reserve just 15-20 min walk away. In the center of Rönninge, which is right at the station, there are two good restaurants, grocery, café and tobacconist. Bedroom 1: The Wine Cellar Bedroom 1 couple in bedroom with double bed, all max two students. Chairs are available for clothes. Rent: 9,500 SEK per month. Bedroom 2: 1 pair of max two students in queen bed, width 140 cm all extra bed, width 80 cm and queen size, 140 cm Common door, armchair, chest of drawers, bookcase. Rent: 9,000 SEK per month Bedroom 3: Shielded part of dressingroom 1 person, single bed, width 90 cm. Mirror wardrobe available. Rent: 6,500 SEK per month Other common areas on tenants ground floor plan are family rooms, massage chair, SPA section with hot tub and steam room. There is also wood burning stove, desk, dining table, laundry room. TV with Netflix and Telia play . Wireless broadband, up to 250 Mbit. Fully equipped kitchen and everything is furnished. During summertime we have a heated swimming pool with the possibility of efficient swimming exercise, thanks to the jetstream. Patio on the terrace with barbecue facilities. Parking, outside the entrance door (max one car, normal size) Price: 300 SEK per month Maximum number of tenants of 150 sqm, 5 persons. Perfect If the whole ground floor can be rented by already assembled group of students / family of up to five persons, in which case 24,000 kr SEK per month. If you want single rooms, you can report interest to a suitable group to share the ground floor with. For allergic reasons we do not allow smoking, stronger perfumes or pets.
