Hi I have 2 beautiful rooms for rent (just for girls) available from 3-June for both short and long term contracts. The rooms are in a basement appartment in Kåhög area , 1 minute walk to bus stop, 7 minutes with bus to Allum shopping center (where you can buy everything), and 25 minute in total with bus to centralstation/Nordstan/Gothenburg (approx 37 min in total to both Gothenburg university and Chalmers university) We are looking for 2 females (big plus if you are friends), who are easy going, quiet, tidy, and either students or working. One of the rooms you access via the other room (you pass by the green carpet room to reach purple carpet room). Room 1 (green carpet) The room is 33 , it is fully furnished with bed (and its sheets) , night table, 1 huge closet, mirrors, huge desk and a chair. The rent is 2600kr/month and that includes everything (electricity/water/Internet). Room 2 (purple carpet) The room is 33 , it is fully furnished with bed (and its sheets) , night table, 1 huge closet, mirrors, beauty table, desk and a chair. The rent is 2600kr/month and that includes everything (electricity/water/Internet). Both rooms are in a shared basement appartment, you will be sharing with me (22F) the kitchen , bathroom, living room, and laundry room. Some special rules: We appreciate no alcohol, nor pork in the appartment, and no guests in general. There is a small super friendly hypoallergenic( does not cause allergy) dog in the apartment, so being ok with dogs is a big plus If it sounds like something you are interested in and you fit the profile , please emaik me with some info about yourself, which room you are interested in, and when you will need to move in and for how long.
