We have a room for rent in our fairly big house in Partille. Partille is a municipality next to Gothenburg and after a ten minutes walk from the house you reach a big shopping mall called Allum. There you can buy groceries and catch the bus to Gothenburg. The bus ride to Gothenburg Central Station will take about 25 minutes. The room is 11 squaremeters and water, heat and internet via fiber is included in the rent of 3200:-/month. There is a separate shower for the tenants and right now there is one other tenant living in the house. You will share kitchen with the other tenant and also us. We are a family of three adults. (Our son is living at home at least until the end of this semester when he finishes high-school.) We have a cat and we are a smoke-and -alcohol free and require that the tenant is also. The room is only for one person, no guys-o-girlfriends sleeping over.
