Its a very good area for sport activities. Only 5 minutes by walk to the bus stop and the local mall with restaurants, café, library, food shop, healthcare center and pharmacy. Must be a non smoker, calm, healthy and positive person. One month rental in deposit and i always sign a proper contract. Also possible to register on the adress.
