Studio apartment in sickla udde

I am renting out my 25 m2 centrally located apartment (ca. 10 minutes from Slussen). The studio is available from the 1st of October for 6 months. It is fully furnished and suitable for 1 person or a couple. It consists of one room with kitchenette, a big bathroom and a small space for storage with a closet. The apartment will be rented out fully furnished with a king size bed, TV and a 4- 6 seater dining table. In the kitchenette, there is a small fridge with a cold compartment, cooking facilities, an electric oven and a microwave. The accommodation is equipped with its own geyser, warm water heater (30 liters). Food stores within 600 meters. Bus stop and train within 5 minutes walk (Sickla station or Sickla bro stops) and it takes approximately 10 minutes from and to Slussen. Communal function rooms are available (laundry, recycle rooms situated on separate buildings on the outskirts of the area). TERMS: Rent is 7000 SEK/month with one months deposition. Termination of the contract: 1 months notice (mutually). The deposit is repaid once leaving. Pet-free. Smoking is not permitted inside. Broadband fee, electricity, heating, TV (basic channels) are included in the rent. Welcome
