Hi there, Im renting out a room in my apartment which is located in a quiet area in Nacka, with my balcony overlooking the treetops. Rent includes a furnished room (with a 120cm bed), electricity, internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The room will be available from February 1, 2017. The apartment is 270 m from the bus station where busses to Slussen run very frequently, taking ca. 10-15 minutes to the city. The apartment is also conveniently located 500 m from ICA Maxi and 700 m from Nacka Forum shopping center. Rent is 4,000 kr/month and the deposit is one months rent, which you will receive after moving out. Im looking for a tidy, reliable and respectful woman to rent the room out so please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange for you to see the room and meet each other.
