In the apartment, which is built only 1,5 year ago so its top renovated, you will find: - Spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dishing machine - Cozy living room with great view - Bathroom with a washing machine - One additional toilet - Big balcony with a great view Close to the bus stop Östra Stensö 1 month deposition on the rent amount 1 month notice both ways in the rare case of a cancellation 2 people speak swedish/english and one dutch girl learning swedish.
