Our fantastic house is located in Saltsjöbaden,Stockholm within walking distance from the Baltic Sea, easily accessible for a quick swim. There is also a nice little beach, primarily used by the locals. The commuter train station is a quick 3 minute walk from the house, where the train will take you to central Stockholm in 30 minutes. The local bakery is just a couple of minutes walk from our house. The area is very quiet and nice. Our house was built in 1910, and has been carefully renovated the last couple of years. There is a large garden with a newly built pergola with barbecue and outdoor seating. There are plenty of recreational areas, with the forest and the sea just around the corner. There are a number of playgrounds for smaller children in the area. A 15 min walk takes you to the marina, where you will find the Grand Hotel and a couple of very popular restaurants in the summer. Our house is suitable for families with children and couples. The House is available during July and the first week in August 2017 and minimum for 2 weeks.
