I want a tenant for a couple of weeks or weekends. I have a great apartment, there are one room for rent (you have your own toilet) In the apartment you share the kitchen, living room, balkony and the shawer. At the kitchen you have access to ceramic stove, refrigerator (fridge), freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc. Building with elevator, laundry and clothes dryer. I have two magnificent children (15 and 16 years old) who also study. I also have a nice dog( very friendly) There is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
