I am looking for a flatmate to share my 2room flat in Mölndal, Åby aria. Rent will be 5000kr -includes internet, water, electricity, home insurance and wifi. One month deposit required. You can register your address officially there. The building is recently build, the flat is on 3rd floor with a very spacious balcony and a lovely view to enjoy. Hiss available. Washing machine, dryer and dish machine inside the flat. Also kitchen has all the electronics needed. The room is fully furnished, but I am flexible in regards to adjust it to your needs. Available long term. One month termination notification. I have a 3years old daughter who lives half the time with me so you need to be comfortable around children. Also serios, calm and have stabil economy. Wont hurt if you are sociable as well. In regards to guests, you can have friends over for fika or stuff like that.
