We are a family renting out two furnished rooms in our house to two responsible students. The rooms are rented out from 1st of September 2017, we can also agree on an earlier date. Our house is situated in a very attractive and nice area of Limhamn/Malmö just a short distance outside the city center of Malmö and a short walk away from the beautiful beach of Ribersborg. You can easily access Malmö city, 10 min by bike or bus (bus stop around the corner). You have grocery shops close by in Limhamn. The rooms are fully furnished with a kitchenette, own toilette, bathroom with laundry, own entrance. Free parking outside the house. The rooms are separated from the rest of the house, however we will share laundry room and occasionally need to access our storage in the basement. Room 1: Furnished, 25 square meters, two windows, in basement. Rent: 4700 SEK per month (includes wifi, electricity, heating, water). Room 2: Furnished, 15 square meters, two windows, in basement. Rent: 3700 SEK per month (includes wifi, electricity, heating, water). A deposit of one months rent, to be payed after contract is signed. We are looking for students that are non-smoking, responsible, with good references, no pets (we have a small dog). We want you to feel welcome and safe in our house.
