Hello there, Im looking for a new roommate by the end of October - preferably a man between 28 and 36 years old. The recently renovated apartment is about 83 m2 and located in central Värnhem. In walking distance (1 minute) you have to the Värnhemstorget, so its pretty much close to everything in Värnhem (systembolaget, ICA, COOP, ect). The room is around 14 m2, unfurnished but also includes a private balcony just for you. As Im a PhD student (32 years old) I would like to share my flat at best with another PhD with a fixed contract or someone with a good income and a fixed job. In the apartment we share the living room, kitchen (2 separate fridges), bathroom and a second balcony. The rent is about 4967 SEK ( 2 months deposit) which includes: Water, Heating, Cable TV (Netflix), Radio Tv Tax (Radiotjänst), Washing machine and dryer, Dishwasher. Electricity, Internet and home insurance (if you dont have one) we additionally have to share. Smoking is allowed in the balcony.
