Hello People, I am a businessman from England who stays away for most of the time due to my business. I have an apartment of 3 rooms ( 2 bedrooms ) which is almost mostly vacant through most of the year. I need a tenant ( only preferring girls ) who can stay with me and can take care of the apartment. I am not looking for rent, if you are nice and know how to keep an apartment neat and clean i can further waive it off the rent after few months if there is trust, i am just looking for a partner who can take care of my apartment as well as some good company while i am here..
