I am a man in his mid 40s. I have an apartment 4 room apartment in Malmö lindängen with one empty rooms for rent which is 10m2 There will be a shared kitchen and bathroom and also living room. There is a balcony too. The apartment is newly renovated with everything new in the kitchen and bathroom and newly painted. There is lift in the house, and there is good bus connection to hyllie and other parts of Malmö. The bus stops is just outside the building and Lindängen shopping centre is less than 500 metres away. The room is ready to rent starting tomorrow. Ring for more information. i speak both Swedish and English. The room goes for 3500kr inclusive internet. The electricity will be shared among the people living in the house which will be the three of us. I work night and the other inneboende (a woman) is away most of the hours of the day and night working. The room is not furnished but if you who gets the apartment wants it furnished there is a possibility to do so but the rent will be higher by 10 (which is around 350 extra). Meaning without furniture (3500kr) with furniture (3850kr). The choice is yours. will wait to hear from you. There owner requires a month deposit for security reasons. Observe: no smokers and pets allowed. You must be a clean person who is ready to keep the apartment as clean as you find it. JM
