Hello Im renting a room 10min walkin distance from Triangeln train station (5min if you use a bike) Monthly rent 3800kr includes: electricity, water, and wireless internet. Rental period starts 1 of Mars, 2017 or as agreed. We have a glorious garden that you can also enjoy. Kitchen, toilet and shower are shared. The house is close to everything for example södervar buss station / triangel station and Möllevångstorget malmö. We are a small family with a puppy and a girl. Therefore we look for a quiet, clean and well-behaved person. It is very important that you like pets. We have a baby dog who is very important to us You need to allways close the doors and make sure the dog stays in the house. The rental period is 1 , 3 or 6 months, 1 year or longer but we need to talk first and see how everything works at home. The house is central , 5 minutes from the Möllan - if you are interested we go through the rules - deposit is 3800Kr (it is refunded when moving out if everything is as they were when moving in) - rent is due before the rental month starts on 27th - changes to rental period must be informed one month advanced If you are interested please e-mail me few lines about who you are, what do you do and why you are looking for accommodation I can send you more pictures of the room if needed.
