I am renting out a room in my apartment for 6 months for a single female (Nobelvägen, Malmo) from April 1st, 2017. The room is furnished with a bed and a small cabinet. You will have access to the common areas of the apartment i.e. hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The person should be a cat lover (I have a cat who has access to the whole apartment except the room up for renting),should keep the place neat and tidy at all times and a non smoker. The rent will be 4500 SEK per month including electricity and wifi. Also there will be a security deposit in advance equal to a months rent. If this sounds like it might suit you, please email me.
