This is a shared apartment and to fit in you should actively want to live with other interesting people. Rent is 4500sek per month. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, big living-room, laundry room (washing-machine and dryer inside the apartment). Outside is secure parking for your bicycle or tractor. The penthouse is located at the best spot in Malmo at Varnhem, with view over the Varnhem Square. Food stores and Entre shopping centre is located very close. The bus station is conveniently located within a minute walk on the square for connection to all of Malmo and Lund. Lund is 15-20 minute bus ride away. Included in the rent Electricity, heating, wireless internet, cable tv, furnitures and a lot of fun and sometimes fix something that brakes. 1 month deposit used as rent for last month when you move out in a very distant future. If you are creative and around 20-35 and open to live and interact with other people this is the apartment for you. This offer is for one person, not couples, not families.
