We are renting out our spacious (130 m2), 3 room and kitchen apartment, located in beautiful Rörsjöstaden in central Malmö. The apartment is near bus 6, playgrounds and just 5 minute walk to the center of Malmø and grocery store. The place is very child friendly and fully equipped for a family. The apartment will be fully furnished in all rooms and consists of - Bedroom with double bed - One livingroom used as a bedroom with double bed - A large livingroom 2 large sofas, dining table and a desk with a computer screen. - Fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher - Bathroom with shower and a small guest toilet - Washing machine and dryer The apartment is based in an old and charming building from 1902. The building also has a pleasant courtyard which is very nice during the summer months. The rent period is from 1 April -15 September (final dates to be agreed with the person who will lease the apartment). Monthly rent is SEK 15.000 monthly including utilities and internet (no smoking or animals will be allowed in the apartment). If interested please write me a few lines about yourself
