Hey, Im renting out one room 2.70m X 4.20m to someone who are spanish or latinamerican because Im interesting in the spanish language and culture. Only for students or workers. Im a danish guy on 40 years and I will live in the livingroom. Im sleeping like 9:00-15:00 and Im out like 20:30 - 7:40, days that Im working. Its NOT allowed to smoke and have pets in the apartment and you must keep it clean and take care of the things. The apartment is located in Segevång in Malmö with a nice view and like 4 km from the centrum. I dont answer calling, write me a messages or email me and tell me a little about yourself. There will be 1 month deposit on the room. The price is with everything and the internet speed is 100/100 Mbit and free washing.
