Fully furnished room with balcony

I am looking for a responsible and outgoing lady to share my 2.5 furnished apartment (50m squared) that is located 10 minutes from Central Malmö. You will have your own room but we will share the rest (kitchen, bathroom, hall, balcony, entry, etc.). The rent is 4,500kr inclusive of everything (internet, electricity, heating) and it is paid in advance. I will also require a one-months deposit on the day you get the keys to the apartment, and you will get this deposit back on moving out. We shall write 6-months contract that can be extended or ended with a one (1) month notice from both parties. The apartment has a home insurance. I am looking for a very clean, orderly, responsible and outgoing lady. I do not speak Swedish so you have to be able to communicate in English. You also need to have a stable form of income (student or a job). I do not want a smoker or someone with kids or pets. You have to clean after yourself in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
